2020 NCCDA/PRHANC Speaker Registration and Information
UPDATE: In light of COVID-19 and the uncertainty that everyone is experiencing, NCCDA and PHRANC have decided to not reschedule the Spring 2020 conference for later this year. Our organizations reached out to our current selected hotel, as well as other options, for quotes. After receiving responses from many venues, our organizations determined that having a large conference late in the fall would not best serve our members. Instead, PHRANC will continue planning their annual Fall conference and NCCDA has CDBG and HOME Basics mini workshops in the works for September. We will reconvene together in Spring 2021. Our Treasurers will work to ensure that all conference fees paid to date are refunded. We hope everyone stays safe and continues to support your communities in this ever changing time. Please let us know if there is a way that we can help support you. Thank you very much for joining us at our annual conference and for taking the time to educate and empower the members of our associations. Your expertise and experience provide incredible lessons of value for attendees to take back to their communities. We appreciate your time and are excited you will be joining us!

Handouts: If you need printing assistance for handouts, please email any handouts to Molly at conferenceassistnc@gmail.com by Wednesday, May 6th, 2020. NCCDA will provide color copies where feasible. Speakers are encouraged to check in advance to see if color printing is an option.

Speaker Costs: Costs associated with travel (i.e. transportation, meals, hotel, etc.), are the responsibility of the speaker.
Conference Registration: Registrations for training sessions provided by conference speakers is complimentary. Attendance for other educational sessions, tours, lunches, dinners and receptions may be excluded. Please return to the events page to register and pay for the conference if you plan on attending sessions beyond your series (read sponsorship section below before registering).
Sponsorships: If you or your agency has generously provided sponsorship at the platinum, gold or silver level ($1000+) free conference registrations are included. Please email conference assistant, Molly Goodman at conferenceassistnc@gmail.com or call her at 910-995-7557 and she will manually register you and/or your team to ensure you receive the full benefit of your contribution.
The deadline for speaker registration is no later than April 30th, 2020 to ensure your session makes the final brochure and agenda printing
