Thank you very much for joining us at our annual conference and for taking the time to educate and empower the members of our associations. Your expertise and experience provide incredible lessons of value for attendees to take back to their communities. We appreciate your time and are excited you will be joining us!

2022 NCCDA/PHRANC Annual Spring Conference
May 25-27, 2022
Hotel Ballast - Wilmington, NC
Handouts: If you need printing assistance for handouts, please email any handouts to Molly Goodman at conferenceassistnc@gmail.com by May 16. NCCDA will provide color copies where feasible. Speakers are encouraged to check in advance to see if color printing is an option.
Hotel: Hotel Ballast is our conference host and is holding a block of rooms only until they are fulfilled or until April 25, whichever occurs first. Click here for Hotel Reservations or call 1-800-HILTONS and mention group code: CDA
Parking: Overnight Parking is $15/day added to room cost; valet is also available. If driving in for the day, consider checking Wilmington's public parking information.
Speaker Costs: Costs associated with travel (i.e. transportation, meals, hotel, etc.), are the responsibility of the speaker.
Conference Registration: Registrations for training sessions provided by conference speakers is complimentary. Attendance for other educational sessions, tours, lunches, dinners and receptions may be excluded. Please return to the events page to register and pay for the conference if you plan on attending sessions beyond your series (read sponsorship section below before registering).
Sponsorships: If you or your agency has generously provided sponsorship at the platinum, gold or silver level ($1500+) free conference registrations are included. Please email conference assistant, Molly Goodman at conferenceassistnc@gmail.com or call at 910-995-7557 and she will manually register you and/or your team to ensure you receive the full benefit of your contribution.
The deadline for speaker register is no later than May 2, 2022 to ensure your session makes the final brochure and agenda printing
