NCCDA (North Carolina Community Development Association) and PHRANC (Professional Housing and Rehabilitation Association of North Carolina) invite you to our annual spring training event in New Bern, NC.

The North Carolina Community Development Association (NCCDA) and the Professional Housing Rehabilitation Association of North Carolina (PHRANC) will be holding our annual spring Training Conference at the DoubleTree by Hilton in New Bern, NC May 20-22, 2026.

This conference is an excellent opportunity to meet with professionals from across the state in varying positions related to community development and housing. There are several tracks of classes, with breaks sprinkled in giving sponsors plenty of opportunities to engage with potential customers, learn from colleagues, attend training sessions*, and meet leaders in the field. Sponsors and vendors at all levels (except Bronze) will be given the opportunity to briefly address attendees at the Opening Session on Wednesday.
