The Supportive Housing group of NCHFA is interested in expanding their network of potential Housing Development Consultants (HDCs) that local governments and nonprofits can engage to guide them through the planning and development process to loan closing. HDCs help applicants who may lack recent project development experience. The HDCs help manage all the technical phases of administrating a supportive housing development project from start to finish.
